Cartwheel hat on Liberty fabric Alice band with matching floral hair clip created by Able Mabel Designs. This fabulous hat is made from polybraid, spiralled and blocked into this classic cartwheel shape. The boater style hat is hand sewn onto an Alice band that is covered and lined. All headbands are handmade. The pretty ‘Wiltshire’ Liberty print has a lovely floral design on the headband to compliment the periwinkle blue hat base. This hat can be worn either way round, but it is fixed at a jaunty angle. Perfect for shading oneself from the sun, looking stylish and classically elegant. A gorgeous tilt hat
